Black by Maria Silver (“BBMS”) takes your privacy seriously.

BBMS collects personal information when you register to receive our emails. This information will be used to inform you of new products or updates on this website or of other happenings involving BBMS in which we think you might be interested.

When you place an order on this site, BBMS uses Stripe to process your payment. We will collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and debit or credit card number as part of your order. As part of the ordering process, Stripe provides BBMS with your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. BBMS will use such information only to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it.

BBMS will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people only when we have your consent to share the information, or if we need to send the information to companies who work on our behalf to provide a product or service to you (for example, giving a shipping company your address for shipping merchandise to you).

To have your name removed from our email list, please send an email to contact@blackbymariasilver.com. Please provide us with the exact email address you used to register or to order with us, and we will make sure your name and address is removed from the list.

BBMS will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone.

BBMS may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and modifications are effective upon being posted to this site. This Privacy Policy and the use of this website are governed by Tennessee law.  Any claim related to this website or this Privacy Policy shall be brought in a federal or state court in Davidson County, Tennessee within one year after the claim arises.
